the event app

The mobile app encourages interaction between the stage and the audience and will be used during sessions. To participate, please follow these instructions.

To connect to UNSW's Wi-Fi network, please follow the steps below: 

  1. In your devices' Settings, locate your WiFi settings
  2. Connect to 'UNSW Guest'
  3. From the registration screen:
    Enter your name and email
    Accept the T&Cs
    Click Register
  4. From the confirmation email:
    Click the Activation Link. You will have 5 minutes of WiFi access to click the confirmation link.

To access the Summit's mobile app, you will first need to download The Event App by EventsAIR from Google Play or the Apple Store:

Once you have downloaded The Event App, you will be prompted to enter the app code to access the Industrial Decarbonisation Summit:

  • App code: ids25app

You will then need to login:

  • Login: [the email address you used to register]
  • Password/PIN: [located in your pre-arrival email and on the back of your name tag*]
You should now have access to the Summit's mobile app and should next update your profile within the Settings icon. If you have any queries, please ask EEC staff for assistance.

*Late registrations may have missed the name tag print run. If you do not have a PASSWORD/PIN printed on the back of your name tag, please check your pre-arrival email or ask for it at the registration desk.
